Depending on how you use LifeTrueCode, we may collect your first name, date of birth, optional email address, full birth name, pronunciation classification for the letter Y when relevant, purchase and report identifiers, support messages, and technical information needed to operate and secure the service.

Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored directly by LifeTrueCode.

How we use your information

We use your information to generate and deliver your free snapshot and paid report, create private report links, process purchases, send service emails, provide customer support, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, improve reliability and comply with legal obligations.

Service providers

Your snapshot and paid report links are intended to be private. Anyone who obtains a valid private link may be able to access the associated report, so please store and share those links carefully.

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide reports and private links, support customers, maintain service integrity, resolve disputes, meet accounting or legal obligations, and protect against fraud or misuse.
