These Terms govern your use of LifeTrueCode, which is operated by its owner in Malaysia. By using the website or purchasing a Complete Life Blueprint, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use LifeTrueCode.

Purpose of the service

LifeTrueCode provides personalized reflective content based on information you provide. It is designed for personal reflection and self-discovery. It does not provide scientific, medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice, diagnosis or assessment.

Your information

You are responsible for entering accurate information. Report content depends on the information you submit. If you discover an input error after purchase, our Refund Policy explains when a corrected regeneration may be available.

Free snapshot

The free snapshot is provided without charge. Email is optional for the free snapshot unless otherwise stated in the interface.

Paid Complete Life Blueprint

The Complete Life Blueprint is a personalized digital product sold as a one-time purchase at the price displayed at checkout. There is no subscription unless a separate subscription product is clearly introduced and accepted by you in the future.

Payments

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. Taxes, currency conversion charges or bank fees may apply depending on your location and payment method.

Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Private links

Snapshot and paid report links are intended to be private. You are responsible for keeping them secure. Anyone with a valid private link may be able to view the associated report.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, exploit private links belonging to others, use automated methods to abuse the service, or use LifeTrueCode in a way that violates applicable law.

Intellectual property

The LifeTrueCode brand, website design, report structure, written content, software and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your purchased report is for your personal use. You may save or print it for yourself, but you may not commercially reproduce or resell LifeTrueCode materials without permission.

Availability and changes

We may update, improve, suspend or discontinue parts of the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability, although we aim to resolve material failures promptly.

No guaranteed outcomes

LifeTrueCode does not guarantee that any interpretation, suggestion or reflection will match your experience or produce a particular personal, relationship, career, financial or other outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LifeTrueCode and its owner are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising from use of the service or reliance on report content. Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your jurisdiction.
